Statement
18歳の夏から始まった私の旅は、労働の余白を縫いながら、いまも終わることがない。
スマートフォンとインターネットで世界がひとつの空間になりつつある現代において、
私は人類学的な眼差しを持ち、やがて歴史の中へと溶けていく風習や、知られざる営みの息づかいを追いかけている。
中心から離れ、できるだけ遠く、深くへ。
ローカルバスに揺られ、埃にまみれ、地を這うように歩みを進める。
その旅の果てに出会うのは、多様で美しい人々の暮らしの地層だ。
カメラを向け、彼らと眼差しを交わす時、私は心の中で「あなたは美しい」と語りかけている。
それは世界と私が交わす静かな交歓であり、彼らの尊厳を未来へ手渡すための「祝福」にほかならない。
写真とは、私の世界を広げてくれた人々への祝福である。
私は、失われゆく多様な生のグラデーションを掬い上げ、
画面のこちら側にいるあなたの世界を、まだ見ぬ世界へと拓くための窓になりたい。
My journey began in the summer of my eighteenth year and continues to this day, threaded through the margins of my working life.
In a modern world rapidly rendered uniform, I look through an anthropological lens, tracing the breath of hidden lives and customs before they melt into history.
Stepping away from the center, I go as far and as deep as possible. Swaying in local buses, covered in dust, making my way along the ground—at the end of these journeys, I encounter the deep strata of human existence, quietly layering into history.
When I raise my camera and meet their gaze, I silently whisper in my heart, “You are beautiful.” This is neither exploitation nor consumption, but a quiet communion between the world and myself—a blessing to carry their dignity into the future.
Photography is a blessing dedicated to those who expanded my world. By gathering the fading gradients of human existence, I hope to become a window—a window that opens your world to the unmapped worlds beyond.
Biography
大学時代、異文化コミュニケーション論、文化人類学を学ぶ傍ら、
バックパッカーとして旅を始め、以降アジア・中南米を中心に30ヵ国以上を巡る
2012年 早稲田大学卒業
平日はフルタイム労働者として勤務する傍ら、夏休みに旅と写真制作を継続
2023年 インド・ナガランド州の元首狩族コニャック族と出会い、sonyα7vを手に長期取材・作品制作を開始
2024年 トウキョウドキュメンタリーフォト（TDP）第6期ワークショップ参加 代表・冨永晋、写真家・丸山耕に学ぶ
インド国立演劇学校（NSD）の取材・作品制作を開始
2025年 C7Cギャラリーにて伊藤嘉久に写真、出版、ZINE制作等を学ぶ
2012
Graduated from Waseda University. Studied Cross-Cultural Communication and Cultural Anthropology while traveling as a backpacker across 30+ countries, mainly in Asia and Latin America. Currently pursues photography alongside a full-time career.
2023
Initiated a long-term photographic project on the Konyak, a former headhunting tribe in Nagaland, India, using a Sony α7V.
2024
Participated in the 6th Tokyo Documentary Photo (TDP) Workshop; studied under TDP director Susumu Tominaga and photographer Ko Maruyama.
Began a documentary project focusing on the National School of Drama (NSD) in India.
2025
Studied photography, publishing, and ZINE production under Yoshihisa Ito at C7C Gallery.
